IN ASSOCIATION WITH BROMLEY COMMUNITY MEDIATION SERVICE

The core of our work is the mediation of workplace and community (including property) disputes for people living in any Greater London Borough. We also provide conflict resolution services for commercial, voluntary and statutory agencies in the boroughs of Bromley, Bexley and Greenwich.

An average of 35 mediators deal with approximately 150 referrals a year. Many of our mediators have professional careers and are fully accredited by nationally acclaimed mediation trainers and providers.

We aim to be recognised as a centre of excellence for mediation and conflict resolution, working in partnership with other service providers in the borough and across London.

Staffing

The team presently consists of a Co-ordinator and Training Supervisor. All mediation services are delivered almost exclusively through mediators, who are trained, supported, supervised and co-ordinated by the Co-ordinator and Senior Lead Mediators.

Premises

The Mediation First office is based in the Bromley Community Mediation Office located at The Stables, 1 North Street Bromley BR1 1SD.

The Co-ordinator, Mr Jan Hudson will be happy to discuss your referral with you in complete confidence. Every endeavour will be made to allocate your case to a mediator who can meet your needs within 5 days of your request for assistance.
